PT. Transjakarta Digital Transformation, Technology, and Information Executive Director, Gidionton Saritua stated, free WIFI program was launched to support digital transformation in Transjakarta. This facility can be accessed during Transjakarta's operating hours.
"WIFI facility can be enjoyed during bus stops operating hours," he added.
According to him, only Transjakarta users who are at the bus stop can access WIFI with strong signal. When people are a few meters outside the bus stop, the signal strengt is drastistically reduced to the point of being inaccessible.
